FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

James "JB" Cisneros is an enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas, and is an alumnus of The University of Kansas. JB founded the NAJGA and was inspired to do after caddying for his friend and PGA professional Ken Collins (Fresno State). JB has over 25 years of tribal government leadership, banking and grant management background. JB grew up in Kansas and was a proud member of Upward Bound, the FFA and 4-H.

VICE PRESIDENT

Zachary Ray is Wailaki and Pomo, and is an enrolled member of the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians. Zach is a proud father of two energetic and active daughters; and reside in Lake County. Zach has worked as a TANF executive director and social worker for seventeen years. As the owner of Native Spirit Consulting, Zach works with tribes and provides grant writing, tribal government and other services (training for community based organizations).

SECRETARY - TREASURER

Katherine Ray is Wailaki, Nomlaki, Wintun enrolled member of Round Valley Indian Tribes, and a direct ascendant Cachil DeHe band of Wintun Indians. She is the Victim Services and Programs Manager for Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians where she serves as the ICWA representative, Victims Advocate, TANF Liaison and Education Coordinator. Katherine is also the Director for the Indigenous Heritage LLC in Ukiah, California, focusing on tribal entities and their specialized needs.

Tournament and Clinic Director

Conrad King is an enrolled member of the Menominee Tribe in Wisconsin. Conrad has been playing golf from a very early age, learning the game from his father. Conrad is a dedicated father and husband, and has worked with the youth from his tribe for twenty years. Conrad was instrumental with aiding JB and the NAJGA to establish and present the first National Native American Junior Golf Championship in New Mexico. Conrad continues to support the NAJGA as an instructor for clinics and as its tournament director.
